Terms of use and disclaimer

Effective date: September 14, 2026 Last updated: September 14, 2026

These terms apply when you use Nichestead (https://nichestead.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who runs Nichestead

Nichestead is a blog about blogging and WordPress tools, operated by CHOI JUYUNG, based in the Republic of Korea. In these terms, “Nichestead” means both the site and its operator.

You can reach Nichestead through the Contact page or by email at 0108juyung@gmail.com.

Not professional advice

Nichestead publishes general information about blogging and WordPress tools. It isn’t professional, legal, tax, financial, or security advice for your situation.

Keep these limits in mind when you follow a post:

  • Tutorials describe steps under the conditions stated in the post. Your hosting, theme, plugins, and settings can lead to different results.
  • Back up your site before you change settings, install or remove plugins, or edit code. Some changes can break a site or delete data.
  • Software, prices, and plans change often. Posts date information that changes, but check the official documentation or the company’s own site before you rely on it.
  • For legal, tax, or financial questions about your blog, such as privacy law or reporting income, talk to a qualified professional.

The same applies to replies to WordPress questions sent through the Contact page. They’re general help, not professional support.

You’re responsible for the decisions you make and the changes you apply to your own site.

AI-assisted content

Posts on Nichestead are researched and drafted by an automated pipeline built with Claude, under editorial rules the site’s owner set. No person reads, edits, or fact-checks a post before it’s published; automated checks run instead. Each post includes a short note on how AI was used. Replies to reader questions may also be drafted with AI help, with the reader’s name and email address removed first, and are reviewed by the site owner before they’re sent. The Editorial policy describes that process. Posts are checked against their sources, but mistakes can still get through. If you find one, please report it through the Contact page.

Using Nichestead’s content

Content created for Nichestead is owned by its operator, to the extent the law allows. Product names, logos, and screenshots of third-party software belong to their respective owners.

You’re welcome to:

  • read posts and share links to them,
  • quote short excerpts with credit and a link to the original post,
  • save or print a copy for your own personal use,
  • use code snippets from tutorials on your own websites.

You may not:

  • republish full posts or large parts of them elsewhere, including rewritten or translated versions,
  • present Nichestead’s content as your own, or remove its credits,
  • use Nichestead’s content to build a competing site or an automated content product.

Comments

Comments are welcome, and each one is reviewed before it appears. By posting a comment, you:

  • confirm that what you post is yours to share and doesn’t violate anyone’s rights,
  • give Nichestead permission to publish your comment on the site and keep it there, without payment,
  • agree not to post spam, promotional links, personal attacks, illegal content, or other people’s private information.

Nichestead may decline or remove any comment. The Privacy policy, comments section explains how comment data is handled.

Acceptable use

Use Nichestead in a way that doesn’t harm the site or other readers. Don’t:

  • try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its admin area,
  • upload or send malicious code, or try to overload the server,
  • use the comments or contact form to send spam or harmful links.

Posts link to other websites, including official documentation and tool makers. Nichestead doesn’t control those sites and isn’t responsible for their content, products, or policies.

Nichestead may add affiliate links and publish sponsored content in the future. Affiliate links will be disclosed in each post and explained on a separate affiliate disclosure page. Sponsored posts and paid reviews will always be labeled, and they follow the editorial policy.

No warranties

Nichestead is provided “as is” for general information. There’s no promise that the content is complete, current, or free of errors, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nichestead and its operator aren’t liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its content. That includes lost data, lost income, or a broken website. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. When they change, the “Last updated” date at the top changes too. If you keep using Nichestead after an update, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live that can’t be waived.
