The best way to reach Nichestead is email: 0108juyung@gmail.com. Messages go straight to JY.Choi’s inbox.
Nichestead is a one-person blog, so there’s no set reply time.
What to contact Nichestead about
These are the messages Nichestead can help with:
- A mistake in a post. Include the link to the post and what’s wrong. If you have a source that shows the correct information, add that link too. Corrections are handled as described in the Editorial policy, corrections section.
- A WordPress question. You can ask about a tutorial, or about a WordPress problem you’re stuck on. Replies may be drafted with AI assistance. Before your question goes into an AI tool, your name and email address are removed, so only the question text is used. JY.Choi reviews each reply before it’s sent. It helps to mention your WordPress version, your theme, and the plugins involved.
- A privacy request. For example, you can ask to see, correct, or delete a comment or message you sent. The Privacy policy, choices and requests section explains what you can request, including for readers in South Korea, the EEA and UK, and US states with privacy laws.
- A broken link or a page that won’t load. Include the page address and, if you can, a screenshot of the error.
- Guest posts, sponsorships, and paid reviews. Nichestead accepts these when they fit its readers, who start or run blogs on WordPress. Sponsored content is always labeled, sponsored links carry
rel="sponsored", and a sponsor can’t buy a favorable verdict. The full rules are in the Editorial policy, sponsored content section.
Before you send a message
A few things make a reply easier and keep you safe:
- Include the link to the post or page you’re writing about.
- Don’t send passwords, login details, or API keys, even when you’re asking for WordPress help. Nichestead will never ask for them.
- Leave out personal details your question doesn’t need, and don’t paste private details about other people. The question text may go into an AI tool to help draft a reply.
Emails you send arrive straight to that inbox and aren’t saved on the website. Contact emails are kept for 12 months after the reply, then deleted. The Privacy policy, email section explains what happens to the details you send, including when AI tools help draft a reply.
